In Bellevue, food is more than sustenance, it's storytelling. It reflects the region's landscape, cultural vibrancy, and the evolving artistry of its chefs. Through Visit Bellevue’s Culinary Tourism Program, food lovers are invited to explore the city via two signature experiences: Culinary Weeks and Culinary Trails.

Together, these immersive programs offer a flavorful invitation to follow the seasons, one dish at a time.

Culinary Weeks: Four Seasons, Endless Flavor

Culinary Weeks are limited-time, citywide food celebrations inspired by Bellevue’s Northwest roots and international culinary flair. Each activation showcases exclusive dishes from the city’s most loved restaurants, from beloved neighborhood gems to upscale fine dining icons.

To heighten the experience, each Culinary Week is paired with a Vibemap digital passport. Guests who dine at three or more participating restaurants can unlock fun, themed rewards like a custom plushie keychain. Complete all four weeks?
