🍜 Featured Noodle Dishes in Bellevue

Amuse Bar + Restaurant

  • Kimchi Shrimp Yakisoba: A bold fusion of Korean spice and Japanese comfort. Tender shrimp and bouncy yakisoba noodles are wok-tossed with crunchy sugar snap peas and crisp bean sprouts, then coated in a vibrant chili-garlic sauce. Finished with tangy kimchi and a sprinkle of toasted sesame, this dish delivers a perfect harmony of heat, savor, and crunch in every bite.

Angelo's of Bellevue

  • Black Spaghetti: Made with Prawns, Scallops & Calamari in a Butter Garlic White Wine Sauce

Baron's

  • Lobster Yee Mein, or 龍蝦伊麵, is a classic dish that shows up whenever there’s something meaningful to celebrate — weddings, banquets, Lunar New Year, or even a special family meal. It’s a staple at Chinese wedding dinners, where it’s often brought out toward the end of the banquet as a symbol of good fortune and a happy, lasting marriage. The lobster represents prosperity and joy, while the long Yee Mein noodles stand for longevity and continuous harmony. Together, they turn a simple meal into a blessing.

  • Shanghai Scallion Oil Noodles, or 葱油拌面, is a simple yet iconic comfort dish from Shanghai. It doesn’t rely on fancy ingredients — just springy noodles tossed in fragrant scallion-infused oil and seasoned with a splash of soy sauce. But despite its simplicity, it’s one of those dishes that people grow up with and never forget. Fresh scallions are slowly fried until golden and crisp, releasing their aroma into the oil. That oil becomes the heart of the dish — nutty, savory, lightly sweet — coating every strand of noodle. The crispy scallions on top add both flavor and texture.
