🍓 What to Expect During Berry Week

From July 16–23, taste the juiciest flavors of the Pacific Northwest as Bellevue’s chefs, bartenders, and bakers showcase berries in creative, limited-time specials. Here’s a taste of what’s on the menu:

Sweet Berry Breakfasts & Bites

Fresh & Fruity Cocktails

  • Seattle Marriott Bellevue Amuse Bar + Restaurant-  Refreshing Berry Royal cocktail with fresh berries, St. Germain, and Casamigos Reposado 

  • W Bellevue: Sparkling Strawberry Paloma with Veuve Clicquot Brut.

  • John Howie Steak: Berry (Cocktail) Kur Gin, Strawberry, Lemon, Sugar, Egg White, Mint

  •  Whiskey by John Howie: Craft cocktails and strawberry-infused sips.

  • El Gaucho: The Mistress cocktail with fresh blackberries and tequila.

  • Seastar: Blueberry “KUR” Royale and non-alcoholic Blueberry Lemon Ginnocence.

  • Embassy Suites: Tito’s Blackberry Spritz and Summer Strawberry & Peach Trifle with berry compote.

  • Water Grill: Berry Trails cocktail with local blackberries & raspberries muddled with Prairie organic gin, fresh lemon, Lillet Blanc, Aperol & Honey… served long and charged with prosecco

  • Third Culture Coffee: Strawberry Matcha drink.

  • Black Bottle Gastrotavern: Grilled pork tenderloin with wild berry balsamic, and summer sweet pea purée. Major Danger cocktail made with strawberry house infused lemon-drop.

  • Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi: Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek: Huckleberry katsu | Crispy Leeks | Charred Baby Bok Choy | Pickled Blueberries  and Yuzu Raspberry Posset: Pitaya Powder | Toasted Meringue | Gooseberry Gastrique 

  • Molly Moon’s Homemade Ice Cream: Cherry Sundae for a sweet summer finish and Strawberry Icecream

  • Duke’s Seafood: Fresh Berry White Chocolate Shortcake paired with  Wild Blackberry Margarita: Casamigos Blanco Tequila with Cointreau and limes and muddled fresh local blackberries

  • Bellevue Brewing Company: Sweet Berry Salad and  Berry Tres Leches "Three Milks" Cake

  • Bis on Main: Brioche Bread Pudding with Berries, White Chocolate & Caramel.

  • The Westin: Classic Cheesecake with Blueberry-Thyme Compote.

  • Intercontinental Bellevue: Housemade Strawberry mousse

  • El Gaucho: Local Berry Crisp roasted in a wood oven.

  • John Howie Steak: Spinach and Strawberry Salad with sweet onions, peas, Marcona almonds, and Beecher’s cheddar and Strawberry Cheesecake 

  •  Whiskey by John Howie: Spinach and Strawberry Salad and Strawberry Cheesecake with whipped crème fraiche and rhubarb sauce.

  • R+M Dessert Bar: Berry Tiramisu 

  • Water Grill: Washington Berry Lemon Sable dessert made with local blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, lemon curd, and whipped cream. 

  • Itadaki! Berry reduction sauce to pair with delicious grilled meats
