The Puget Sound area has a long-standing history of professional sports competing at the highest level. Today Seattle is the home to the Seattle SeahawksMariners BaseballSounders FCOL Reign FC (women's soccer), KrakenWNBA Storm and Climate Pledge Arena.

The University of Washington HuskiesSeattle University Redhawks, and numerous other college programs field competitive teams in a host of sports. Seattle Thunderbirds Hockey and the Rat City Roller Girls all have found unique niches in the region.

Lumen Field (home of the Seattle Seahawks) and T-Mobile Park (home of Mariners Baseball) are in Seattle, a short 10-mile drive from Bellevue across the I-90 Bridge while The University of Washington's new Husky Stadium and is just 8 miles from Bellevue across the 520 floating bridge to the University District in Seattle. Transportation to games is quick and easy from Bellevue whether you drive your own car, take a cab or hop aboard a bus and leave the parking and driving to someone else so you can enjoy yourself.
