Each evening features a new acclaimed chef curating a four-course menu inspired by the flavors of the Pacific Northwest. As guests savor each dish, immersive digital projections transform the dining room—think waves crashing across the table while you enjoy oysters, or forests blooming before your eyes as you bite into wild mushrooms. The Creators: SE Productions

Behind this innovative experience is SE Productions, the award-winning team responsible for Taste Washington, Field to Table, and Sumo + Sushi. Known for crafting events that center food, storytelling, and connection, SE launched Radiant Table in San Francisco to rave reviews. Now, they bring it home to Washington, tapping into Bellevue’s thriving food scene.
