The Pacific Northwest coffee culture runs deep in Bellevue. This fall, local cafes are serving up a delightful mix of seasonal flavors that offer a cozy twist with and without the typical pumpkin base. I'm talking about Cheesecake, eggnog, and those delicious fresh-baked treats in the pastry display. Here’s where to find the best autumn-inspired brews and coffeeshop bites in Bellevue - gourmet, hand-crafted with love, and made by your local barista.

Eggnog and Pumpkin Spice at Mercury Coffee Co.

Coming in hot (or iced), Mercury Coffee Co. is bringing out the eggnog and pumpkin spice as the perfect fall latte duo. There's also a pumpkin cream cold brew and the new fall menu features a Pumpkin Muffin with a sweet creamy top, gluten-free Honeycrisp Apple & Streusel Muffins, and gluten-free pumpkin madeleines. Be sure to stop by the location next to their headquarters, where you'll be able to see all the baking and artisanal coffee beans processing in action!

Tea, bears and scones galore at Sconers Bellevue

Sconers is a brand-new, family-run scones and coffee shop on Bellevue's darling Main Street. On the menu, we've got a variety of delicious handcrafted scones, including raspberry, matcha chocolate, lemon dill, basil bacon, corn onion, gorgonzola and green onion, and the ever-favorite classic scone. There's also a selection of buttermilk scones made with cream in its center, with flavors like Earl Grey and Mocha Cream, who could resist? Pair with a selection of teas and coffees and get on with your merry day.

Pumpkin Spice and Fall Foliage at Copper Kettle Coffee

For a dreamy and cozy feeling of fall, visit the Bellevue Botanical Garden and enjoy it's beautiful fall colors while grabbing a cup of handcrafted specialty coffee from a female-owned coffee cart. The Copper Kettle Coffee Bar is located inside a beautifully preserved mid-century modern building. Along the walls, you'll find a bunch of nature-themed books ripe for the reading. This autumn, you'll find pumpkin spiced lattes, which pair perfectly with the Budapest Coffee Cake they carry from Macrina Bakery. As you exit, take some time to explore the gardens in the fall and visit the new Lost Bird Project exhibit.

Seasonal Items at Bellden Cafe

Bellden Cafe in Old Bellevue is a beloved cafe oozing with community. There's always a new seasonal item, and fall never fails to impress. From cozy pumpkin soup and chickpea curry to delightful lattes such as rosemary burnt honey, pistachio matcha, maple leaf, and so much more.

Cozy Coffeehouse Vibes at Third Culture Coffee

Near Downtown Bellevue Park, Third Culture Coffee's coffeehouse vibes are immaculate. Try their new rosemary syrup and mint syrup, both made in-house using whole ingredients, in their iced teas, lattes, and matcha. Sometimes, the doors are open after hours for special open mic nights, painting workshops, wine tasting pop-ups, and more.

Story Coffee's Honeycomb Toffee Candy Latte

At Story Coffee Bellevue, enjoy the charm of autumn in Bellevue. There's a spot dedicated for open mic nights, where stories are shared. This season, enjoy their house made honeycomb toffee candy with your latte. The Citrus Spice with orange and cardamom is a delight, and you'll also find some delicious fall-themed treats, like the Pumpkin Spice Mousse cake shaped like a pumpkin, or a Ghost Mousse Cake.

The Bellevue location is an all day restaurant and cocktail bar too! Drop by for classic Scandinavian flavors in your latte, with almond, cardamom and espresso with steamed milk.
