Dry January is a popular trend where individuals abstain from alcohol for the entire month. It's an opportunity to reset and focus on healthier habits, and many people use it as a stepping stone to reducing their overall alcohol consumption. While it can be a challenge for some, it's also an opportunity to explore new and exciting options for non-alcoholic beverages. And what better place to do that than in Bellevue, Washington? The city is home to a wide variety of restaurants and bars that offer delicious and creative mocktails, making it the perfect destination for anyone looking to participate in Dry January and still enjoy a delicious drink. We've created this list of the top five places to enjoy mocktails in Bellevue, WA. After trying these non-alcoholic drinks, you won't even miss the alcohol!

1. John Howie Steak House

Here, you can find a variety of tasty and refreshing mocktails perfect for Dry January. Try the Ginnocence Mai Tai, a fruity and refreshing non-alcoholic take on the traditional Mai Tai, made with pineapple, orange, and lime juices blended together with orgeat and grenadine. We especially appreciate John Howie Steak House for using expertly crafted zero-proof spirits, like Ginnocence, to elevate their mocktail selection to a new level.

2. Cactus Bellevue

This incredible Mexican cuisine spot takes our second place for our favorite places to enjoy mocktails because they have a dedicated "No Sin" Cocktail Menu. Cactus Bellevue's non-alcoholic libations are crafted to order, and they include the Ginger Mint Cooler, which is a refreshing blend of fresh mint, lime, and housemade ginger beer with sparkling water. Another must-try is the Perfect Prickly Pear, a delicious combination of prickly pear, lemon, and grapefruit juices, served up. Not to mention, their chips and guacamole are fire (even more of a reason to get a mocktail to cool off).

3. Central Bar & Restaurant

This spot is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious zero-proof cocktails. Central Bar & Restaurant has a dedicated section of zero-proof mocktails on their menu that includes a variety of unique and tasty mocktails, including the Raspberry No-Jito, the Lotus Flower, and the Passionfruit 75.  If you're feeling adventurous, try their signature mocktail, the Ro-Cham-Beau, a one-of-a-kind personalized cocktail created by the bartender based on your preferences.

4. Water Grill

This spot is perfect for a casual evening out. Water Grill provides mocktail versions of every drink on their cocktail menu. Two of our favorite mixed drinks are the Margarita Verde (silver tequila, agave, lime, cucumber, basil, and jalapeno with a chile salt rim) and the Lincoln Square (vodka, strawberries, lemon, and tarragon served over ice). One of our favorite things about Water Grill is that all of their delicious cocktails can be served "virgin" just ask your server, and the bartender will create the non-alcoholic drink of your dreams.

5. The Black Bottle

This trendy spot is known for its delicious food and drinks, and their mocktails are no exception. Black Bottle's menu features a variety of classic and signature mocktails, including a virgin bloody mary, a non-alcoholic gin and tonic, and a mocktail version of the popular Aperol Spritz.
