- Cancellation Policy Details: Please note, Central now has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If your reservation is not canceled 24 hours in advance, you will be subject to a $25 per person fee. Please keep in mind that we have a 10-minute grace period, so if you are more than 10 minutes late, the card on file will be subject to the same no-show fee. If you show up past the 10-minute grace period, and we are still able to seat you, we will happily refund any charge that has been made.
