Social Distancing Measures & Contactless Experience

The following measures have been taken to ensure a safe and healthy experience:

  • Signage is posted throughout The Westin Bellevue and W Bellevue to remind guests to maintain social distancing and occupancy limits in the elevators.
  • The use of face masks is mandatory for all guests and associates.
  • Plexiglass barriers, UV-C disinfectant lightboxes have been installed at the front desk, and hand sanitizer stations have been installed in all public areas of The Westin Bellevue and W Bellevue.

Enhanced Cleaning Protocols & Housekeeping Service at The Westin Bellevue and W Bellevue

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout the Westin Bellevue and the W Bellevue and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Staff members have their temperature checked prior to the beginning of each shift. As per local governance and Marriott International guidelines, guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all public areas of the hotel. We are able to provide face masks should you forget to pack your own.

Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are currently available upon request. All paper collateral has been removed from guest rooms. In-Room dining menus are provided in a welcome packet upon arrival. Mini-Bar contents have been removed. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest. Additional wipes are available and offered for $2.00 per packet.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make scheduled service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
