His culinary start began at an early age in Christchurch, NZ and he has been on a life-long journey ever since. From the Hawaiian Islands, working alongside some of the culinary pioneers of Hawaiian cuisine, to the shores of Lake Washington, cooking with some of the PNW’s greatest chefs.
