Benchmark Resorts & Hotels is making a mark in Bellevue with the Avenue Bellevue InterContinental Hotel which broke ground in January 2019 and is slated to open in Q4 of 2023. Nestled in the heart of the dining and entertainment district, the 252 room InterContinental is designed for distinguished meetings. The InterContinental will host just over 10,500 square feet of meeting space with a:
- Main Ballroom with 5,265 sf
- Junior Ballroom with 2,850 sf
- Two Meeting Rooms with 525 sf to 560 sf
- Soft Seating Board Room with 750 sf
Amenities at the InterContinental will include a full-service spa and fitness center. The development also will include 85,000 square feet of retail, restaurants, and nightlife. One of the restaurants will be a new restaurant from a Michelin three-star chef.
