It is my honor to welcome the National Association of Lease and Title Analysts to Bellevue, Washington for your annual convention. I hope our dynamic community will inspire you and be an enjoyable setting for all attendees.  

Bellevue is a high-tech hotbed and internationally known as one of the best places to live, work and visit in the Pacific Northwest. I highly encourage you to enjoy our wonderful amenities, dining, and community attractions – all within walking distance, with various modifications for safe distancing. The Bellevue Collection and the Shops at the Bravern offer distinctive shopping.  

For views of our skyline and sounds of a waterfall, walk over to Downtown Park, in the heart of the city. If you’re looking for breathtaking views of Lake Washington, walk to Meydenbauer Bay Park, which overlooks some of the most spectacular homes on the waterfront. I also recommend indulging in an exceptional dining experience in award-winning restaurants such as Hokkaido Ramen Santouka, Cactus, Ginza, Ascend, Bake’s Place, or Daniel’s Broiler.
