Creating a culinary bridge between Bellevue and Boston, the concept of a four-hands dinner is as simple as it is spectacular: two chefs, two coasts, two culinary perspectives, and one menu created together. InterContinental Seattle Bellevue and InterContinental Boston are collaborating on a four-hands series of dinners highlighting their talented chefs: Chef de Cuisine Jeffrey Bianchi of Boston and Chef Eden Kawika Guillermo of Bellevue.

This dinner collaboration begins at Matria at InterContinental Boston from Thursday, October 9, through Saturday, October 11, 2025, and continues at InterContinental Seattle Bellevue, on Thursday, October 16, and Friday, October 17, 2025.

The Curated Menu For Bellevue

The menu reflects a dialogue between the Pacific Northwest's bounty and East Coast sophistication, a conversation told through food. The Bellevue edition is intentionally intimate with just 16 seats available each night at Fresco, InterContinental Seattle Bellevue's modern restaurant. Guests are invited to take a seat at the table of two visionary chefs.

Reservations

The Bellevue dinners take place October 16 and 17, 2025, with seating at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $145 per guest, with optional wine pairings available for $65. Reservations may be requested by emailing frescoreservations@icbellevue.com.
