A one-of-a-kind dinner series featuring projection mapping, chef-led menus, and sensory storytelling arrives in the Pacific Northwest’s new culinary hotspot
Following a successful debut in San Francisco, The Radiant Table is bringing its acclaimed immersive dining experience to Bellevue, Washington. Created by experiential production company SE Productions, each night will spotlight a different chef, theme, and visual narrative, transforming a traditional dinner into a fully sensorial journey. The dinner series begins this August at The Bellevue Collection’s Dining District, home to over 50 local-to-global flavors and chef-led concepts - the region’s largest collection of restaurants.
In the heart of the Pacific Northwest, just 15 minutes East of Seattle, Bellevue is quickly growing as a culinary hotspot in the region with a bustling food scene. In just the past year, it has welcomed 80 new restaurants, unveiled a half-mile Downtown stretch featuring five James Beard award-winning restaurants, and its new walking food tour, Bites of Bellevue, was recently rated Top 10 in the USA.
“Bellevue has always been a beacon of tech and innovation, and that same inventive energy is now sparking a culinary revolution,” says Brad Jones, Executive Director of Visit Bellevue. “The Radiant Table exemplifies this fusion, seamlessly weaving technology, art, and culinary into an unforgettable dining adventure. It’s a thrilling new chapter in our food scene that’s sure to delight both locals and visitors.”
The Radiant Table blends cutting-edge projection mapping with rotating four-course menus by celebrated Pacific Northwest chefs. Beginning with a cocktail and social hour, guests are then seated at shared tables accommodating up to eight people, encouraging community, conversation, and discovery.
“Guests might enjoy oysters as ocean waves ripple across the table, or taste wild mushrooms while digital forest landscapes bloom before their eyes,” said Cassie Hendrickson, Vice President of SE Productions. “We’re excited to be giving culinary talent from the Pacific Northwest a unique canvas to play, experiment, and express their creativity in new ways.”

In addition to a traditional menu that includes meat and/or seafood, each chef will also craft a vegetarian menu for each evening to ensure that every guest experiences the full magic. This is not your typical tasting menu; guests can expect to leave feeling truly satisfied, both in appetite and experience.
The Radiant Table provides a creative playground for chefs. “We’re leading with an incredible menu and chef talent first and foremost,” says Sam Minkoff, President of SE Productions. “Our desire is for the food on the plate to be just as impressive as the visuals, which is why we’ve selected some of the best chef partners.”
Guests in San Francisco raved about the experience:
- “It was an experience where you can live with the chef and see what he expresses with his food. Honestly, an experience where I felt at home. It was really warming.”
- “Loved the group element, it was fun to sit family-style. The ambiance was beautiful and it’s so fun to be served in an upscale style. This was just different and took us out of the ordinary.”
- “The visuals combined with the food was absolutely stunning! Would highly recommend it.”
