Bellevue, Washington (August 11, 2025) -- The Northwest Chocolate Festival (NWCF) is back for its 17th year and bringing the world’s most devoted chocolate minds to the Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue, WA on October 4 & 5, 2025. With over 100 craft chocolate makers from over 30 countries, the festival is part tasting lab, part cultural archive, and part global family reunion, representing the largest international gathering of small-batch, ethically sourced chocolate in North America.
“Every year, the festival grows because of the passion of our attendees and the dedication of the craft chocolate community. It’s always been about the people who make it, the land it comes from, and the global systems behind every bar,” said Brian Ciceros, founder of the NWCF. “We’re thrilled to welcome everyone to Bellevue for a chocolate-filled weekend!”
As the epicenter of the craft chocolate movement since 2008, the festival is a multi-sensory crash course in cacao culture and bean-to-bar artistry with chef performances on a kitchen stage, tastings with chocolatiers, talks in the Cacao & Chocolate Education program, and tasty lessons on flavor chemistry.
New in 2025: Women in Chocolate Business Summit
On October 3, this new Women in Chocolate Conference centers the leadership and innovation of women across the craft chocolate industry. The conference will include keynotes, expert panels, strategic insights, and a cacao-forward networking happy hour.
