Today, the destination premieres the Bellevue Eats video series hosted by Chef Shota Nakajima, debuts Bites of Bellevue walking food tour, and teases innovative food events to add to calendar. These new additions to Bellevue’s culinary tourism portfolio offer a gateway to the city’s culinary maestros and vibrant local flavor.
Premiering Bellevue Eats with Chef Shota Nakajima
Chef, restauranteur, TV personality, and Bellevue native Shota Nakajima takes viewers through a journey of notable restaurants and intimate conversations with chefs in Bellevue Eats. Each episode celebrates the flavors and cultures that define the city. Episode 1 of this four-part limited series is out now in English and Japanese, with new episodes releasing monthly on Bellevue Eats.
Bites of Bellevue with Savor Bellevue Food Tours
From the acclaimed Savor Food Tours, Savor Bellevue Food Tours has unveiled Bites of Bellevue, the city’s first ever walking food tour. This 2-hour tasting is packed with local flavor and explores the culinary marvels of Main Street Bellevue. Along the way, stories of community, downtown history, and diverse food culture pepper the tastings and visits to over five acclaimed restaurants. Tickets are available now and tours begin on September 26.
