Bellevue Fashion Show just wrapped its 20th year as the premiere fashion event of the Pacific Northwest, and has raised a total over $1.5 million for local nonprofits by donating 100% of Fashion Week ticket sales since 2005. Produced and presented by The Bellevue Collection, the charitable Bellevue Fashion Show celebrated its anniversary on September 26 and 27, introducing a New & Next Student Designer showcase to shine the spotlight on the emerging generation of tastemakers.
The first night was The Trend Takeover Runway Show, which raised $43,000 for beneficiary Sports In Schools, which is committed to leveling the playing field for under-resourced youth in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties. The fresh creations from local student talent kicked off the second night for The Collective Runway show, which raised $63,000 for WWIN, an organization dedicated to empowering Washington women facing barriers to opportunity.
