Bellevue is launching its inaugural Dumpling Week, a citywide dining promotion running February 14 through February 24, 2026, where participating Bellevue restaurants will serve featured dumpling dishes, specials, and limited-time Dumpling Week exclusive menu items inspired by global traditions.
Part of Visit Bellevue’s Culinary Weeks series, Dumpling Week coincides with Lunar New Year celebrations and draws on the tradition of dumplings symbolizing good fortune and prosperity. The celebration also includes a social media–driven red envelope giveaway at @visitbellevue on Instagram.
“Dumpling Week is rooted in the cultures and communities that shape Bellevue,” said Meredith Langridge, Director of Visitor Experience at Visit Bellevue. “For many families, dumplings are closely tied to Lunar New Year and traditions of togetherness and good fortune. As we celebrate dumplings across Bellevue’s restaurants, we’re honored to share cultural traditions while supporting local businesses, one delicious dumpling at a time.”
Participate and Earn Rewards
Diners who check in at participating restaurants using the Vibemap app during Dumpling Week and visit at least three stops will unlock a plush dumpling keepsake. Whether you’re a local resident or visiting from afar, Dumpling Week is a delicious way to connect with community, culture, and cuisine.
Dumpling Week Red Envelopes
To kick off the celebration with some added good fortune, Visit Bellevue will give away a $50 Dough Zone gift card, a $75 Supreme Dumplings gift card, and a grand prize $100 Baron’s gift card paired with an overnight staycation at the W Bellevue. On February 10, local explorers can follow @VisitBellevue on Instagram to find clues for three red envelope drops holding these treasures, hidden around Bellevue.
Explore Bellevue in the spirit of Dumpling Week while snapping photos, sharing moments, and tagging #BellevueDumplingWeek.
