Workplace Wellness Reset is a flexible program from Prana Path Yoga designed to help teams slow down, recharge, and reconnect—both to themselves and each other. Blending mindfulness, gentle movement, and meaningful connection practices, this session supports emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and a sense of shared humanity in the workplace.
Each offering can be adapted to your team’s schedule, energy level, and unique goals. Whether you’re planning a quick reset or a half-day retreat, we’ll help you create a flow that fits.
Sample Session Elements
We’ll work with you to build a customized experience from the following offerings:
- Gentle Yoga or Chair Yoga
- Simple, accessible movement to release stress, energize the body, and increase focus—no prior experience needed.
- Guided Meditation & Visualization
- Choose from themes like Body Scan, Compassionate Listening, Walking, Loving-Kindness, Focused Awareness, etc. to help employees cultivate calm and clarity.
- Breathwork for Stress Relief
- Practical, science-backed breathing techniques your team can use anytime to regulate the nervous system and reset throughout the workday.
- Guided Journaling + Intention Setting
- A reflective writing practice to help clarify purpose, build self-awareness, and set values-aligned goals.
- Empathetic Listening & Connection Practices
- Thoughtful partner or small-group exercises designed to deepen listening, build trust, and support authentic team connection.
- Creative Expression or Community Wall
- Collaborative activities like a Gratitude Wall or Community Art piece help teams share, reflect, and leave with something tangible.

Session Formats
- 30-minute Reset: Great for a mid-day pause or lunch-and-learn
- 60–90 minute Immersion: Deeper experience, ideal for small teams or breakout sessions, incorporating more session elements
- Half-Day Retreat (2–3 hours): Full recharge with multi-modality programming

2. Body Speak Workshop
A somatic sensory workshop for team-building
Looking to add something new, different, and meaningfully engaging to your next wellness day, team retreat, planning session, HQ meet-up, offsite, or lunch-and-learn?
Body Speak is a collaborative offering from Tone Circle Seattle and Prana Path Yoga—a rejuvenating somatic experience designed to help teams decompress, reconnect, and thrive. This interactive workshop blends movement, mindfulness, and sound to help teams relieve stress, build confidence, spark creativity, and foster authentic communication.
Program elements can be customized to reflect your organization’s values, current focus areas, and team dynamics. Tell us your goals—we’ll tailor the flow to support them.
Sample Program Flow
Welcome + Introduction (10 min)
We’ll open with a warm welcome, set intentions for the session, and share a quick overview of the science-backed benefits of somatic practices like breathwork, yoga, meditation, and vocal toning. This grounding intro helps everyone feel oriented, supported, and ready to explore.
Gentle, Any-Day Yoga + Desk Poses (40 min)
No mats? No problem. This all-levels practice includes standing and seated movements that ease physical tension, increase circulation, and calm the nervous system—great for everyone, even first-timers. We’ll also teach 5 simple poses your team can return to anytime during a workday to reset at their desks.
Sound Bath in Extended Savasana (20 min)
Team members are invited to lie down, rest, and receive. Crystal singing bowls and other meditative sound tools create a soothing soundscape to support deep relaxation, nervous system recalibration, and mental clarity. This is your group’s moment to fully unwind.
Vocal Meditation: Toning for Connection + Confidence (40 min)
This signature portion of the session introduces participants to vocal toning—a meditative practice using sustained vowel sounds and gentle humming. No singing experience is needed. We’ll tone together to explore resonance, restore self-expression, and cultivate shared harmony. This portion is especially impactful for communication-heavy roles or teams navigating change, collaboration, or burnout.
Community Circle + Q&A (20 min)
We’ll close the session with a spacious community-sharing circle. Participants are invited to reflect on their experience, ask questions, and gather tools to integrate somatic practices into their everyday lives. This optional open-floor time strengthens team cohesion and encourages continued wellbeing exploration.

- In-person at your location or offsite venue
- All materials provided (including yoga mats if needed)
