Bellevue Crab Week

August 14-23, 2026

Bellevue Crab Week celebrates one of Washington State's most abundant native ingredients: the Dungeness crab. Unlike many crab fisheries around the world that rely heavily on aquaculture, Washington Dungeness crab is entirely wild-caught. Washington’s Dungeness crab fishery is considered one of the most sustainably managed crab fisheries in the world, with strict size limits, seasonal protections, and harvest regulations designed to preserve crab populations for future generations.

During Bellevue Crab Week, restaurants from across the city celebrates with special crab dishes and diners have the chance to earn prizes.
