For this one, wear velvet if you're open to connect, up for a match, and ready to see where the night takes you. On Friday the 13th, they are also hosting an Art N' Soul event, in honor of the Year of the Horse. 
• Mirra, which is an immersive VR lounge by day, will be hosting a truly bumpin' Bollywood Valentine's Party on the evening of Friday the 13th. On Valentine's Day, Love Night is a Valentine's DJ party where all are welcome. There's a color coded wristband system at the entrance, to help identify your relationship status.
• Lucky Strike Bellevue's Valentine's Day has DJ Tata in the grand lounge and Supagi & Friends in the lucky lounge. There's no cover, two dance floors, and a huge arcade to meander through.

• Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi is an exquisite steakhouse (and sushi bar) in the sky. Take in the panoramic views on the 31st floor this Valentine's Day weekend, from February 13 - 14, alongside a special menu, floral, and Champagne upgrades to your table. Reservations are highly encouraged, especially if you want to snag those extra extra romantic window seats. 
• Itadaki is Bellevue's premiere Japanese steakhouse, where the premium cuts of Wagyu beef is cooked on the charcoal grill inset on your table. There's an option for a fully personalized omakase experience alongside an a la carte menu that is its own culinary journey. There's plenty to ooh and ahh over, with menu goodies such as wagyu tartare, sake-steamed clams, foie gras sandwiches, a Wagyu & Hokkaido Uni sushi, and the list goes on.
• John Howie Steak raises the stakes with their steak game. There's a whole page of a Wagyu menu, and you should definitely share the Wagyu sampler that says "I love you" in four different filets. For an appetizer, add the freshly shucked aphrodisiac oysters to your order or pop into the Hermes store next door for an impulsive, but iconic, purchase in the name of love.
• Nearby, El Gaucho Bellevue has a live pianist performing romantic tunes during your dinner. Order the 28-day dry-aged steak, and watch it get grilled over charcoal in their exhibition-style kitchen. Personally, I love an escargot to kick-off a dinner date, and El Gaucho has a classic one with garlic-herb butter. 

Pacific Northwest Seafood

If steak is sexy, then perhaps seafood is risqué. Let the provocative fruits of our abundant oceans and waterways set the mood for your Valentine's Day. 

• Duke's Seafood is catching on that 2026 is just as chaotic as 2025, so they're offering 12 whole days of Valentine's Day between February 6th through February 17th to help with our busy schedules. The special menu is adorable, with Beloved Bubbles, lobster risotto bites, Dreamy Parmesean Halibut, and Cupid's Favorite Wine Features.
• Master sushi chef Jun Takai recently received a James Beard nomination, and this Valentine's Weekend, Takai by Kashiba is dishing out a special omakase from February 13 to 15th. You'll receive a valentine's day dessert and Champagne to celebrate the occasion. 
• A Water Grill celebration looks like a special four-course dinner menu with jumbo shrimp, oysters, sea bass, wagyu, and spiny lobster to choose from. After your surf and/or turf meal, the dessert options reign supreme. Nothing says love quite like Dungeness crab cake, steak frites, and decadent desserts. 
• La Mar Bellevue is celebrating Pisco Month all February long, and there's a Chef's Tasting Menu to try - complete with local Dungeness crab, Spanish octopus, Wagyu beef cheeks, a cebiche sampler, salmon, and a really, really yummy lucuma dessert. It tastes ice cream-y - but it's not, crunchy like cereal - but way more refined, and chocolate-y in a "not too sweet" way. 
• Monsoon on Main Street might sound like an unlikely contender in the seafood space, but it's seafood menu is quite superior. There's a new steamed Alaskan black cod on the menu next to its wildly popular catfish claypot and special Saigon Dungeness Crab served whole.

For a Lady & The Tramp-style, pasta slurping romance, consider the timelessly romantic cuisines from Bellevue's Italian and French restaurants, set against the pretty backdrop of Bellevue's Main Street:

• Cantinetta offers cozy ambiance around appetizers like Dungeness Crab and Carpaccio di Manzo. The hand-made pastas join the likes of braised rabbit ragu. They also have their own Cantinetta house wine to try.
• Carmine's delivers premium hospitality and celebrations done right. You get an ambiance of pretty chandeliers and waitstaff in charming uniforms, and the space feels warm with the noise and the clattering from the exposed kitchen. 
• Bis on Main offers more of a French-inspired tune, with a Champagne door bell/button at their entrance and Pacific Northwest farm-to-table goodness. 
• Mercato Stellina serves some of the best Neopolitan pizzas in the entire region, as proposed by many locals in a highly contested genre of food.

The dinner and the show combo is one of the most reliably romantic date formulas there is. The dinner sets the mood and the show brings energy, emotion, and surprise. Bellevue is all about the razzle dazzle of this whole experience.

• Suite Restaurant & Lounge is dishing out an elegant four course prix-fixe Valentine's dinner, served with a side of aerial acrobatics. The performance tells a unique love story in the literal air. Enjoy a bottle of Chandon Brut or Chandon Brut Rose for the table as you enjoy a memorable evening. 
• Along Bellevue's charming Main Street, Jocovine has modern appeal, trendy decor, and live music on Friday and Saturday night of Valentine's Weekend. The lounge experience is very romantic, with dreamy tassel chandeliers, and pretty florals adding to the ambiance. 
• Bake's Place is the definition of a dinner and a show, with a rotating calendar of musical acts right in the heart of downtown Bellevue. Annie Eastwood & her All-Stars is preparing a genre-spanning musical journey on February 13th, including rhythms and blues, rock, soul, swing, and jazz. On Valentine's Day, there will be a Tribute to Billy Joel from vocalist and pianist Kevin Burkhart. 
• At Whisk Cooks, the Valentine's Day cooking classes are already sold out. However, there are classes during Valentine's Week that are still available. From Croissants to pastas to souffles and dumplings, this interactive experience is really fun and delicious. 

Winter Walks in Green Spaces

Take a couple laps exploring Bellevue Downtown Park, meander on to Meydenbauer Bay Park for calm waterfront views of Lake Washington. Bellevue Botanical Garden is open daily and free to visit. If you keep walking past the suspension bridge, you might find yourself at Kelsey Creek Farm. Say hi to the resident pigs and sheep! Weowna Park is a beautiful patch of greenery with a forest of old growth threes on the Lake Sammamish side of Bellevue, and it's a part of Bellevue's Lake-to-Lake Trail.
