The Pacific Northwest is knee deep in autumn now. The Bellevue air smells faintly of rain and roasted coffee, the trees are a fiery gold, and the city's kitchens are cooking up dishes that define comfort. With steaming bowls of noodles, simmering broths, and saucy pastas, the global flavors from Bellevue's kitchens are oh-so-satisfying for a crispy fall day.

This fall, plan your Pacific Northwest getaway around Bellevue Noodle Week, happening November 10–16, 2025. It’s the perfect excuse to escape, indulge, and experience one of the region’s most diverse culinary scenes.

(Bellevue Noodle Week is a part of Visit Bellevue's new culinary weeks series.)

Noodle Week: A Celebration of Comfort and Culture

During Bellevue Noodle Week, participating restaurants across the city craft one-of-a-kind dishes, from rich tonkotsu ramen to Thai curry noodles and Italian-inspired fettuccine. Diners can join the Culinary Weeks Passport challenge through the Vibemap app, check in at restaurants, and earn Bellevue-themed prizes.
