Lincoln South Food Hall

Legion Sports Bar

Legion Sports Bar is a new upscale sports bar opened by the Seahawks' Legion of Boom members Kam Chancellor and Richard Sherman, with local restauranteur Leilani Wong. Serving elevated soul food, Legion pays homage to the monumental starter team that led the Seahawks to its Super Bowl win in 2014. Enjoy menu items like the creole blackened catfish and the jerk chicken sandwich alongside craft cocktails. Bring your dancing shoes because there's a dance floor and live music on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday Nights. 

Daeho Kalbijjim

Daeho Kalbijjim is located by Eastgate in Bellevue, serving up traditional Korean fare with fantastic presentation. Get the kalbijjim, a celebratory dish in Korea, to share. The large portion of sizzling short rib stew is served in a hot dolsot bowl along with potatoes, radishes, onions and rice cakes. It's topped with cheese that is melted tableside with a culinary blowtorch along with a selection of banchan dishes that fill the table. Cantina Monarca- Mexican Cuisine

Quite possibly one of the most beautiful restaurants in Bellevue, Cantina Monarca is worth all the hype. This highly anticipated venue serves elevated modern Mexican cuisine and features a unique tequila lounge. Brought to us by hospitality entrepreneur Bernie Garcia (Moctezuma’s Restaurants & Grandeza Spirits), the cantina will serve specialty tequila & mezcal cocktails that can be paired with shared plates or entrees such as handmade tortilla tacos, wagyu skirt steak carne asada, fresh halibut ceviche and vegan dishes among other options prepared with the freshest local ingredients. The new Mexican restaurant will be an excellent addition to Lincoln Square and is scheduled to open this fall.

Farzi Café- Indian Cuisine

Lao Ma Tou Bellevue- Hot Pot

Bellevue is getting a new hot pot restaurant with the opening of Lao Ma Tou at the Soma Towers apartment complex on February 14th. This traditional Chinese cooking method involves a simmering pot of soup stock on a heat source on the dining table, with an array of ingredients to choose from. Lao Ma Tou's menu features unique offerings such as handmade shrimp balls, Ma Tou beef tripe, crispy fried pork, and brown sugar rice cake. Woobling- Korean BBQ

InterContinental Hotel Bellevue- Luxury Hotel

The Intercontinental Bellevue at the Avenue is Bellevue's newest upscale hotel that offers a luxurious and sophisticated stay. The hotel features 208 rooms, a full-service spa and fitness center, and over 12,000 square feet of meeting space. The hotel will also be home to a first in the Pacific Northwest, with the addition of three-Michelin Star Chef Joshua Skenes with his new concept restaurant. The hotel is set to open in 2024 and is a collaboration between IHG Hotels & Resorts, Fortress Development Group LLC, and Benchmark Hospitality.

Bellevue has some longstanding exceptional cafés, and recently, a few more businesses have been added, including expanded locations of local favorites.

 

Coffeeholic House- Vietnamese Coffee

The Coffeeholic House is a local fan favorite, previously voted as the Favorite Seattle coffee shop my SeattleMet and is making a new home in Old Bellevue. The new coffee shop is bringing a fresh and exciting approach to the coffee scene in Bellevue by making the Vietnamese Organic Robusta beans the star of the show. The founders of Coffeeholic House are passionate about coffee and the environment, and their mission is to create a new coffee trend in Seattle that is both delicious and eco-friendly.

The shop serves a variety of unique coffee drinks, including the Coffeeholic Dream, Coconut coffee, Bac Siu, White-hazel latte, and authentic Vietnamese coffee. The coffee is brewed using organic Robusta beans from Vietnam and the traditional phin-drip method, resulting in a flavor profile that is nutty, rich, and caramelly, with a thick body and low acidity.

 

Matcha Magic
