At 9:00 a.m. today on the south lawn of the Bellevue Regional Library, gather for a solemn and inspiring ceremony at the Gandhi statue. Hosted by the Consulate General of India, Gandhi Jayanti honors Gandhi’s principles of peace and nonviolence at a time we need to remember it most. It’s free and open to all.

Every year, The Bellevue Collection lights up with a vibrant Diwali celebration for the Festival of Lights at Bellevue Square Mall. From October 10th through 19th, you'll find live performances with energetic Bollywood dances, henna art, Rangoli art, Sari (Saree) displays, photo installations, and lantern crafts.

Head to the Highland Community Center in Bellevue to experience an intimate Diwali gathering inspired by the spirit of Ayodhy on Saturday, October 18th.
